How to fix 3D view ?
I have many mails from users having issues with the 3D model view.
If it doesn’t work for you, open the Option menu from the main screen, and make sure that “Parallel model download” is checked. If this doesn’t fix the problem, you should also try other combinations. Please, feel free to put a comment below to tell what is working for your phone model.

On Droid, every combination of options, gets to about 68% the solid blue screen.
Male blood elf if that makes a difference. (With some of the new zul’gurub and zul’aman gear)

I have tried every combination and the farthest download was 65% before blue screen. Droid X 2.2.1

Have tried every combination to get the 3D model viewer to work. Everytime gets to about 70% then blue screen. Male Wargen if that makes a difference. Droid X. Love the app otherwise keep up the good work.

@Patrick: armour and armor are both correct. Just depends on what part of the world you are from

I have the HTC Hero and I can not seek to get the 3d view to work. It just comes up to a blank blue screen. I have tried what you have said. Still does not seem to work. Please help.

Like wise with my HTC phone the blue screen after about 65% loading then nothing. Tried what you advised but didn’t change anything whatsoever everything else ok
really happy that my character widgets are staying alive

Have original Droid phone. Can’t see 3d model gets to 70% and stops. Other than that app is great!

Lol @ armor/armour….why would anyone care? Anyway, love the app bro! Only issue I have is 3d phone position mode freaks out, so I just turn it off. Samsung Captivate, fyi. Orabig = cyber ninja!

Everything is working fine for me for the most part. Only issue I’m having is not being able to see my Mages’ robe. Other than that it works fantastically!!

I just got the new HTC Thunderbolt and all I see on the market is the free version. I paid for the app and was hoping to get it on my new phone.

I just read your post on Google removing the paid app, now I see why I can’t get it. Your free version should be safe as many websites and apps provide info from Blizzard. Blizzard just doesn’t want people charging for it. Many people do, tho, so fight it if you can.

Hey. On my HTC Thunderbolt, all that is broken is that the hair doesn’t show. Just got a bald Night Elf chillin’ out. All of the armor and what not appears to be there, though. Keep up the great work. It’s a great app.

Great app. Got the 3d view to work on my droid 3 for my first toon, but when I go to view a second it will load it but as soon as I see it I get an out of memory message, is there a way to move the app to my media area or sd card? This is one of the few apps that I can’t move. I have tried re booting the app but it will not let me view that second toon complet.
